A word from Jane Cay,

Saying goodbye to summer can sometimes be a little hard to swallow I have to admit but I just love how every season has something to bring to the table. Looking at this mag, it’s hard not to look forward to the cool change into autumn with all these dreamy styles and outfits!

We started the year by asking our customers how we were doing in an online survey. Thanks so much if you were one of the many lovely people who spent their precious time giving us that invaluable feedback. Please know we read every word. It is always good to learn how we could be better wingbirds for you and that is our 100% focus in 2023 with some fun things in the works to keep us evolving and bringing you freshness.

We also had a question called ‘did you know’ and we discovered that in fact, over 70% of our community didn’t know we now have a lifetime returns guarantee where you can return your preloved birdsnest items to receive a partial credit and we will rehome them. The majority also didn’t know that when you return items for a credit, you receive free return postage or that we have a private facebook group called ‘birdsnest wardrobe wingbirds’ where you are welcome to join to provide and receive styling support amongst our community and have early bird access to promotions. We were surprised so here I am singing about these things to you.
