At birdsnest, we provide sizing information on our brand pages and item pages. On each brand page, we share the sizing information provided to us from the label. We call them the 'body measurements'. This information refers to the general body measurements labels use as a reference when creating their garments. The brand sizing guide will let you know the size that should be the best fit for your body measurements. We also list this information on each item page, in the 'Sizing Guide' tab under the 'Body Measurements' heading.
We also provide, where possible, individual garment measurements for each item. These are listed in the 'Sizing Guide' tab under the 'Garment Measurements' heading. To find out the individual measurements for the size you're interested in, select the size from the drop-down menu. The measurements on the image and in the list will change depending on the size you've selected. Please note that the measurements are approximate, and where they refer to stretch clothing, we've measure them unstretched.
The Garment Measurements will give the most specific information about the size of the item, and this will let you know how it should fit on you. The Body Measurements will let you know the most relevant size compared to your measurements.

You'll find that the most useful measurements to take are for your bust, waist and hips. You may also find your front rise and inside leg measurements to be handy. Keep a record of your measurements close to where you do your online shopping. You can also save them in the table below, and update them when they change.
Once you've saved your individual measurements, they'll then appear in the 'Sizing Guide' tab on each item page. This is so you can easily match your measurements to the size that will be your best fit. Your individual measurements will be visible only to you, when you're logged in, and will only be used by us to help you find your best fit
