Our Team
Just like our wider community, the birdsnest flock is close-knit and wonderfully diverse. Every team member brings their own quirks, talents and sparkle, working together to help our customers feel confident, happy and fabulous. Our birds create a welcoming, inclusive nest where having fun and loving what you do is part of the job.
Since 2008, our flock has grown from just 5 people to around 140 — a number we still have to pinch ourselves about!
Armed with a love for people and all things birdsnest, our customer service birds are the friendly voices at the end of the phone or email — here to help with everything from orders to personal style advice.
From processing returns to wrapping your goodies, our dispatch birds send every parcel off in flight with care — and a handwritten note straight from the nest.
Curating gorgeous collections is just the beginning. From product descriptions and photography to styling, shoots and outfit inspiration, this creative crew brings fashion to life — and then some.
Run by a seriously fabulous team of women, our Cooma store is a styling playground. With access to our full online collection and expert outfit-building skills, getting dressed just got a whole lot more fun.
The masterminds behind your birdsnest experience, this team turns complex code into magic — and yes, they’ve been known to save the day with a laptop on the ski slopes. Truly, no challenge is too big for these tech birds!
There’s no shortage of ideas in the nest, but our marketing birds are the ones who make them take flight. From socials and graphics to mini mags and newsletters, they do it all with creativity and a smile.
The nest couldn’t function without these amazing birds. They wrestle new boxes, pamper the goodies, price, fold, and tuck everything into the warehouse - all before they even reach our site (and you!).
Every year we take on a team of fledglings, fresh out of school and ready to soar. Their energy, enthusiasm, and can-do spirit make them an essential part of our nest.
Of course, none of this would be possible without our ‘big bird’ and founder, Jane. Her passion for helping women feel amazing and chase their dreams shines through the whole team, creating an incredible and supportive workplace.
