PROMOTER  The promoter is Birdsnest Online Pty Ltd (ABN 53 128 287 446), 232 Sharp Street, Cooma NSW 2630 (“Birdsnest”).

ELIGIBLITY  Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Birdsnest and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD   The competition opens at 9:00am AEDT on Wednesday 1 October 2025 and closes at 9:00am AEDT on Friday 31 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

HOW TO ENTER    To enter, eligible participants must submit their name, email address, and phone number via the competition entry form during the Promotional Period. By entering, participants agree to join the Birdsnest marketing list. You may unsubscribe at any time. One entry per person.

WINNER SELECTION   The winner will be drawn at random on Friday 31 October 2025 at 11:00am AEDT at Birdsnest HQ, 232 Sharp Street, Cooma NSW. The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days

PRIZE CLAIM    If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, Birdsnest reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another entrant.

PRIVACY     Personal information provided will be used by Birdsnest for the purposes of conducting this promotion and for marketing purposes in accordance with Birdsnest’s Privacy Policy (available at birdsnest.com.au).

GENERAL      Birdsnest reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Birdsnest, Birdsnest reserves the right to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition.
