Mother's Day Competition Terms & Conditions

The Competition will commence on 19th April 2023 and will conclude on 14th May 2023. The prize valued at over $2000.00 (including GST). The Promoter is Birdsnest Pty Limited (ABN 75 151 383 416) of 232 Sharp Street, Cooma NSW 2630. The window for entry into the Competition commences at 07:00 AM AEST on 19th April 2023 and will close on 14th May 2023 at 11:59pm AEST. One winner will be drawn, at promoters premises, at random on Monday 15th May 2023. One winner will be notified privately by 16th May 2023 by PM or email. Upon acceptance by phone or email, the winner will be announced publicly. The winning entry is entitled to one prize only (see Prize details below).

There will be one (1) winner only awarded the Competition prize. The winner will be drawn at random. Refer to DRAW and PRIZES below

To enter this Competition, an entrant must shop at birdsnest between 19th April 2023 and 14th May 2023 and use the code LOVEMUM at the checkout to go in the draw. You may enter more than once. If you shop multiple times in the competition period and enter the code LOVEMUM each transaction will count as one entry.

The draw will take place at the premises of the Promoter being 232 Sharp St Cooma between 9:00am and 5.00 pm (AEST) on Monday 15th May 2023. First Prize Winner will be notified by 15th May 2023 by email or phone and the Winner's name will be published on our winners page.

There is one (1) prize to be given away in total :
2 nights luxury accommodation for up to 6 guests at Nest Stays in Cooma NSW, a $50 birdsnest voucher for each guest, a private shopping experience in the Nest Lounge for your group, and a welcome basket of goodies.

All Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If any Prize or any element of a Prize becomes unavailable or is otherwise unable to be provided, the Promoter may substitute a Prize or element of a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Prize or element of a Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.

The Winner must choose holiday dates they wish to redeem within 90 days of being informed they have won the Competition. Holiday dates must be within 12 months of prize being accepted. Holiday dates will need to fit around pre-existing bookings. Our team will provide all available dates.

If for any reason a Winner does not take the Prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, or chooses not to participate in the Promotion or claim the Prize, then the Prize (or element thereof), will be forfeited.

5.a. The draw for any unclaimed of forfeited Prize will take place at the premises of the Promoter being 232 Sharp St Cooma, between 9:00am and 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 12th June 2023, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, and a subsequent winner will receive an email by Monday 12th June 2023 and have their name published on our winners page.
