Enjoy peace of mind for a whole year. Unworn items can be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 60 days, and for a credit or exchange up to 365 days.

Sale items as above. 'Final sale' styles (clearly marked online) cannot be returned.

We offer refunds for a flat rate of $10.95 or - if you choose a birdsnest credit or exchange within 60 days, your return postage will be FREE of charge, Australian orders only.

Exchange

EXCHANGES

You can exchange items for up to a year! Swap for a new size, colour, or something completely different.

Please note: Our returns guarantee changed on Wednessday 22nd October 2025, any orders before that date will honour the previous returns guarantee

Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags attached. Slips, belts and shoe boxes included.

Once you’ve completed your form, simply pack your items and post them with the returns label provided or your own.

We can provide you with a printable postage label for $9.95. If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry! We recommend alternatives to get your postage label in our FAQs.

OR if you choose a birdsnest credit, your return postage be will FREE of charge.

DOING IT MYSELF

Australia and International

You can select ‘taking care of postage myself’ during the returns process. This means you have decided to handle the postage label yourself at the post office and birdsnest will not supply one. Send back your return to :

If you’re returning items from multiple orders, you can post them together - please just lodge each one separately through our online returns form.

If you need a postage label, please request it on the first return you submit. When lodging another return, you’ll be prompted to confirm if you’d like to include it with other returns you’ve submitted that haven’t been sent yet.

USING YOUR
CHANGEROOM UPGRADE

If you upgraded your order to a birdsnest Changeroom you would have received a prepaid postage label and satchel.

Take home as much as you like, get a second opinion, try it on with the rest of your wardrobe and return whatever doesn’t work. We love turning our returns around as quickly as possible so you can get on with finding that perfect match!

Did you know that all our satchels are designed with a resealable tab? Perfect to reuse if you need to package anything to send back.

LIFETIME RETURNS WITH REHATCHED

Unlock lifetime returns and extend the life of your once loved wardrobe items when you contribute to rehatched. For preloved birdsnest items or after 365 days, you can return for a partial credit or donation through our birdsnest rehatched program.
