Promotions Terms & Conditions | VIP Sip & Shop Competition

PROMOTER The promoter is Birdsnest Pty Ltd (“birdsnest”).

PRIZES

FIRST PRIZE  VIP Sip & Shop experience for the winner and two friends, including :

• Return flights from anywhere in Australia for three people to the Gold Coast (departing Friday 26 September 2025 and returning Sunday 28 September 2025; bookings to be confirmed based on winner’s location)
• Two nights’ accommodation for three people (Friday 26 September and Saturday 27 September 2025)
• A private shopping session with Nat Angel from Let Me Try Before You Buy at the birdsnest Burleigh Store on Saturday 27 September 2025, 3:00pm – 5:00pm
• A $500 birdsnest voucher for each attendee (total $1,500 in vouchers)

Prize value is approximately AUD $5,000 (subject to departure location).

RUNNER UP  Each runner-up will receive a $1,000 birdsnest voucher.

HOW TO ENTER

• Provide your full name, email address, and mobile number via the entry form.
• By entering, you agree to be subscribed to the birdsnest newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Limit of one entry per person.
• Bonus entries: Entrants can earn up to 5 additional entries by referring friends. Each successful referral counts as one bonus entry (maximum 5).

ENTRY PERIOD  Entries close at midnight AEST on 9 September 2025.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• Winners will be drawn at random on 10 September 2025.
• Winners will be notified by email and/or phone.
• If the first prize winner cannot attend the event on 27 September 2025, they will receive a runner-up prize instead, and the first prize will be redrawn.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• Travel arrangements will be confirmed once the winner’s departure location is known
• All other expenses not specified in the prize details are the responsibility of the winner
• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
