In crisp white, this blouse features a high round banded neck, and bishop-style sleeves finished with deep buttoned cuffs. It has delicate cut-out lacework details all over, including rings of lace at the neckband and cuffs. We suggest wearing a cami beneath this style, due to the cut-out lace through the front.
