The Wonderland Tiered Dress by boho bird is a dream. Although the print may be described as whimsical, it's actually utterly stylish, and it complements the design perfectly. It features a shirred turtleneck, puffed sleeves with shirred cuffs, and there is shirring at the waistline too. Use the self-fabric waist tie for your desired cinch, or add a chunky belt to great effect. The cascade of ruffled tiers in the skirt add gorgeous movement with every step.
