The hip-length outer layer is 100% cotton, with a V neckline, long shirt sleeves with barrel cuffs, embroidered floral motifs, and a delicate cut-away-lace high-low hem with scalloped edging. The inner layer is sheer, with a shirt collar, and short button placket (that also extends through the outer layer), and a hem that reaches to knee-length at the front and calf-length at the back.
