A tip for keeping your leather earrings looking their best, from Ki & Co: After you're done looking fabulous, please store your earrings on a flat, dry surface or hang them, out of direct sunlight. If your leaves do become a little bent or curled, give them a gentle roll in the opposite direction of the bend, or place them under a heavy book (avoiding the hooks) to help flatten them out. You can also cover the back side of the leather with a thin cloth and iron it on a barely-warm setting.
