The Pencil Cleo Skirt is a new take on the Boom Shankar Cleo A line. Tier upon tier of printed fabrics now create a beautiful straight skirt. For those of us who know and love Boom Shankar, it's another great addition to our wardrobe. Wear with tees and sandals for the warmer months, or long sleeve tees and boots to keep out the cold.
