The Harlow Dress from Foxwood is a lovely 100% linen short shirt dress. It has an open neck, with a round mandarin-style flat collar into a flattering V split, then it buttons through. There are extended sleeves that just cap the shoulder with fixed folded cuffs, patch pockets on breast and at hip, plus an affixed waist tie that allows you to choose how much to cinch.
