The Phenomenon Dress from Fate + Becker is a romantic and pretty style for special occasions. The chiffon dress is printed all over with divine peonies. It features a high round neck, batwing sleeves at 3/4 length, and a tiered skirt. While the waist is defined by an elasticated seam, there are also thread chain belt loops and a removable self-fabric waist tie.
