The Dusk Midi Dress from Elm is pretty perfect. It's 100% tencel so it's soft and flowy (note, the pink colourway is also lined with 100% cotton). The 3/4 length puffed sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder, and the bodice is shirred for an excellent silhouette as well as comfort. Plus, pockets!
