The Oakley Dress by Cordelia St is a sweet fit-and-flare, knee-length dress that is wonderfully versatile. It has a fitted bodice, complete with princess seaming and a back zip, plus scooped neckline. It's sleeveless, but the shoulders are a good bra-concealing width. From the fixed waistline the flowing skirt gathers and swings, plus there are in-seam side pockets too.
