The Noel Top is a darling, vintage-vibed tunic top from Boom Shankar. It's super soft and super relaxed, with generous flare. It features front and back bib yoke panels in contrast print (geometric, against a bright floral), and voluminous sleeves that gather from the yoke panel and finish in half-elasticated cuffs. The neckline is adjustable - thanks to a neck tie and covered buttons - so you can choose high round neck with V split, or open to a deep V.
