This gorgeous style is the Ailana Dress from Boom Shankar. Falling to just below knee length, and with adjustable spaghetti shoulder straps, it features a deep sweetheart neckline with a keyhole feature, hook and eye fastening, and two sets of tassel-and-bead drawstrings, one at the keyhole, one at the waist.
