I won't lie, in our team there has been a squabble over who got to tell you about Bake With Brooki, this incredibly scrumptious book by Australian sensation Brooke Bellamy. Hardback and with a heft akin to a tray of dense brownies, this book is not just recipes for her famous cookies and brownies, it includes cheesecakes, macarons, gifts and so many more treats. The photographs are sure to make your mouth water, and inspire you to get your apron on and the oven heating.
