The Stripe Cotton Cap Sleeve Dress from bird by design is smart enough for the office, at the same time sweet enough for a party. It's crafted from a cotton and linen blend in a yarn-dyed stripe. It has some beautiful features, including the true cap sleeves, the cut-away detail at the back of the neck, the deep ruffled hem, and the separate waist tie.
