We offer refunds for a flat rate of $10.95 or - if you choose a birdsnest credit or exchange within 60 days, your return postage will be FREE of charge.

Preparing to Lodge A Return

See below for a step-by-step guide on preparing your return as well as your return postage options

1. Prepare Your Items

Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags attached. Slips, belts and shoe boxes included.

2. Complete The Form

Follow the online returns process to tell us which items are coming back and how you would like to send them.

3. Pack Your Parcel

Complete your form, then simply pack and post your items with the returns label provided or your own.

Birdsnest Postage Label

Australia Only

We can provide you with a printable postage label for $9.95. If you don't have a printer, don't worry! We recommend alternatives to get your postage label in our FAQs.

OR if you choose a birdsnest credit, your return postage be will FREE of charge.

Doing It Myself

Australia and International

You can select ‘taking care of postage myself’ during the returns process. This means you have decided to handle the postage label yourself at the post office and birdsnest will not supply one. Send back your return to :

Posting Multiple Returns

Australia and International

Returning items from multiple orders? You can post them together—just submit each return separately online. If you need a postage label, request it with your first return. Any additional returns can then be included with it before sending.

Changeroom Upgrade

Australia Only

If you upgraded your order to a birdsnest Changeroom you would have received a prepaid postage label and satchel.

Simply select ‘Ship with your own or ‘birdsnest’ provided label’
