Update: Opening from Monday 11th May by Appointment and to collect Online Store Pick Ups
As part of our proactive response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cooma store was temporarily closed from the 20th March.We are excited to be re-opening and welcoming customers by appointment from Monday 11th May. Customers are also welcome to drop by and collect their in-store pick ups.
The NEW booking system is to ensure we are adhering to social distancing regulations and to keep you and our team safe.
Our store is in the unique position of being the physical gateway to our head office and dispatch team where over 140 locals are employed and so we are being particularly vigilant to ensure the safety of this whole community. With that in mind, we have ramped up all our hygiene measures in store and around the nest. Additionally our entire team has their temperature checked when they arrive at the nest each day and we will be asking our customers to join in - please don’t worry it is contactless and kind of fun! Hope you understand this is for your safety and ours :) We want you to have complete peace of mind while in our store.
How to book?
You can select a 15 or 30 minute, 1 or 2 hour visit and we are open Monday to Friday 10am-5pm to start.
If you are after something even more special and personalised, you are also welcome to book our one-on-one styling session.
Note: you may also call in and if there are not too many people in the store (to allow for social distancing), we will happily check you in or book you in for a future time.

Our 'one and only' unique birdsnest store is in Cooma, Snowy Mountains NSW. Cooma is just over one hour south of Canberra on your way to the snow or to the south coast.
We are located at 232 Sharp Street, Cooma NSW 2630, which is on the main road as you make your way towards the mountains. In store you will find a selection of the latest items from our website on display, however you can also access items from our entire website by using exciting new technology. If you prefer, you can even shop online at home and choose 'In Store Pick Up' to have your selection waiting for you when you arrive. We look forward to meeting you in person and welcoming you to our hometown of Cooma.
Unfortunately, we don't offer Afterpay or Zip pay in-store at this time. If you'd like to use either of these payment options you can choose "In Store Pick Up - Pay Now" at the checkout and select Afterpay or Zip Pay. We're sorry for any inconvience, we are looking into making these payment options available in-store in the near future.
